Four Major Scholarships

Scholarships for 2026 are now open!

OLSH College offers four Major Scholarships, to support students in their academic, creative, and leadership pursuits.

Hartzer Financial Assistance Scholarship

Up to 50% fee remission, tenable for up to 6 years (whilst enrolled) excluding any compulsory fees
Tenable for up to 6 years and is reviewed on a yearly basis (is not backdated)
Open to new students starting at OLSH College in Year 7 or 8
A number of Hartzer Scholarships may be awarded
Scholarship is reviewed on a yearly basis
Students are not required to sit a test in order to apply for this scholarship - application based only
90% attendance is required each year - if attendance falls below, the scholarship will no longer apply
Fees must be paid in full in the year incurred for the scholarship to apply

Chevalier Academic Scholarship

Up to 50% fee remission, tenable for up to 6 years (whilst enrolled) excluding any compulsory fees
Tenable for up to 6 years and is reviewed on a yearly basis (is not backdated)
Awarded on academic achievement and commitment to and involvement in the life of the school
Open to new students starting at OLSH College in Year 7 or 8
A number of Chevalier Academic Scholarship may be awarded
Scholarship is reviewed on a yearly basis, with recipients needing to demonstrate ongoing academic achievement and involvement in life at the College
Students are not required to sit an academic test in order to apply for this scholarship
90% attendance is required each year - if attendance falls below, the scholarship will no longer apply
Fees must be paid in full in the year incurred for the scholarship to apply

Xavier Performing Arts Scholarship

Up to 50% fee remission, tenable for 1 year (whilst enrolled) excluding any compulsory fees
Awarded to students with outstanding performance achievement in the fields of Dance, Drama or Music
Open to new students starting at OLSH College in Year 7 or 8
One Performing Arts Scholarship is awarded
Students are not required to sit a test or perform an audition in order to apply for this scholarship
Students must maintain 90% attendance throughout the year, if attendance falls below, the scholarship will not apply
Fees must be paid in full in the year incurred for the scholarship to apply

Roncalli Parishioner Scholarship

50% fee remission tenable for 1 year (whilst enrolled) excluding any compulsory fees
Awarded to members of any Catholic Parish Community for demonstrating leadership in Parish and Sacramental life
Open to new students starting at OLSH College in Year 7 or 8
One Roncalli Parishioner Scholarship is awarded
Students are not required to sit a test in order to apply for this scholarship
Students must maintain 90% attendance throughout the year, if attendance falls below, the scholarship will not apply
Fees must be paid in full in the year incurred for the scholarship to apply
