Last term on Wednesday 1 July 2026 the College hosted the Semester 1 Academic Assembly. The Academic Assembly celebrated academic excellence across three categories they included – Pursuit of Excellence, Academic Excellence and Academic Excellence with Merit. The Pursuit of Excellence Award recognised the top two (or three in the case of tied scores) students who have made the greatest improvement in their effort between Term 1 and Term 2. The Academic Excellence Award acknowledged excellent achievement in a number of subjects as evidenced in each student’s Semester 1 Report. The Academic Excellence with Merit Award praises exceptional achievement across all subjects at the end of Semester 1 as evidenced in a student’s semester report.
