How to Enrol

The Enrolment Process

We are delighted that you are considering Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College for your daughter’s education.

OLSH College is a welcoming community for girls from a wide range of backgrounds, where every student is encouraged to discover their strengths, pursue their aspirations and make the most of every opportunity.

We understand that choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and we value the trust placed in us to support your daughter’s learning, wellbeing and development.

For Year 7, we advise families to finalise enrolment 18-24 months prior to commencement.

This allows each student to participate fully in our expertly designed Transition Program, supporting a smooth and settled transition to secondary school.

With high demand for enrolments for enrolments in 2028, we encourage you to apply early. Limited places are available for 2027.

The steps below will guide you through the enrolment process at OLSH College in Enfield, South Australia.

Please ensure you have the following documentation available:

  • Student birth certificate
  • Australian citizenship documents or visa documentation or passport (if born overseas)
  • School report – most recent (full year)
  • NAPLAN results – most recent
  • Specialist reports (e.g. psychological assessments, occupational therapy reports)
  • Court orders (if applicable)

Step 1

Step 2

An appointment time will be arranged for you and your daughter to meet with the Principal. This meeting is the first step in getting to know you and your family. You will be sent an Application for Enrolment Form to be completed and signed by all enrolling parents. The completed form should be brought with you to the enrolment interview.

Step 3

Your daughter may receive a Letter of Offer for enrolment at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College for her preferred year of entry. 

Step 4

Complete and return your Acceptance of Enrolment Offer with an enrolment fee of $150 within two weeks to secure your place at OLSH College.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have a daughter at OLSH College, are her sisters guaranteed a place?

All future students, including siblings, need to complete an Application for Admission to commence the enrolment process. Please do this a minimum of 18 months prior to the year of commencement to secure her place.
