Scholarships at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College
Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College offers a wide range of scholarships for new students starting in Year 7 or Year 8. These scholarships recognise academic excellence and artistic talent, providing support for families seeking an outstanding all-girls education where their daughters can flourish and reach their full potential.
We offer four major scholarships, each named after one of our House Patrons, reflecting the values they represent:
- Hartzer Financial Scholarship
- Chevalier Academic Scholarship
- Xavier Performing Arts Scholarship
- Roncalli Parishioner Scholarship
In addition, we offer specialised scholarships and financial assistance packages to ensure OLSH College provides an excellent and affordable education for all. The Stewardship Team of OLSH College will do everything they can to ensure that girls who really want to study here and excel in their work can do so without obstacles.

Scholarships for 2027 have been awarded. Applications for 2028 Scholarships will open in March 2027. Families wishing to be considered for a Scholarship are encouraged to submit an Application for Admission to secure their place at OLSH College.
2027 St Cecilia Instrumental Scholarships
A St Cecilia Instrumental Music Scholarship provides students with the opportunity to develop their musical skills and contribute to the rich music culture of the College.
What a St Cecilia Scholarship offers:
- Weekly 30-minute instrumental or vocal lessons (up to 10 per term)
- Awarded for one year
- Instrument hire if required
Eligibility:
- Open to both new and current OLSH College students in any year level (in 2027)
- Available for students studying woodwind, brass, guitar, piano or voice
- No audition or test required
- Students must attend all lessons, join relevant ensembles, and participate in performances
Application requirements: Applicants must submit a written statement (minimum 200 words) explaining why they would like to receive music tuition, how the opportunity will benefit them, how it will enable them to contribute to Music at OLSH College, plus supporting documentation (e.g. certificates, exam results, teacher reference, or performance video).
