Flexible Learning Pathways Coordinator

  • The Flexible Learning Pathways Coordinator position is open to both teaching and non-teaching applicants.  All aspects of the Position Information Document are applicable, unless where specifically stated otherwise.
  • The Flexible Learning Pathways Coordinator role provides leadership and direction in relation to learning pathways and Vocational Education inclusive of Careers, Vocational Education and Training (VET), the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) and Australian Curriculum for all students.
  • The Flexible Pathways Coordinator will work in close cooperation with the Assistant to the Principal - Leading Learning and Innovation, staff, students and parents to oversee and implement the design, assessment and evaluation of learning pathways, Vocational Education programs and opportunities.  While providing expertise and professional support, pathways discernment, subject advice, sourcing and disseminating current information.
  • Replacement Teacher - 0.8 - 1.0 FTE / 5 days per week
  • POR position to be negotiated
  • Ability to co-ordinate Cross Disciplinary Learning Area an advantage
  • Replacement ESO - Grade 6, 30 hours per 5 day week / 41 weeks per year
  • Support the ethos of the College

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College staff is made up of approximately 70 staff both in teaching and non-teaching roles.

Non-teaching staff undertake a diverse range of roles including student support, administration, financial management, ICT support, maintenance and publicity.

All staff support and contribute to the unique ethos at OLSH College and all are dedicated to ensure that each girl is able to achieve success.

Staff are encouraged to participate in professional development activities which lead to improved student outcomes.

Before commencing employment, staff are required to have undertaken the following:

  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate for schools (dependent upon position held)
  • Mandatory Notification Training
